Another stitching project!

I think I am crazy! But I have started another project. It is called Snowman from Mystic Stitch. It is going to be a cute one I think. I really needed to start another one not lol. But hey I did. It is coming along , I have been taking time on this one.

I have been trying to decide if I want to add other stuff to blog, and I like what other people have done, like adding things to where they can view tutorials or things like that. I just want to make mine more appealking. I don't know.

My ankle is getting better and doesn't hurt as much. It is still sore a little, but that is okay. I think I have a job. I applied to a website called Virtual Assistant. Someone told me about it, so I am going to see what I need to do. Hopefully it will pan out. It would really be nice.

Well off to get more stitching done! Happy Stitching!

Stitching and other stuff

This week

Well this week has been interesting. I was taking my daughter to the bus stop, and I went to step off the sidewalk and boom I fell and sprained my ankle. When I fell I had my son in my arms, thank goodness he didn't get hurt. I broke his fall. But I skinned my elbow, and sprained my ankle, only to find out later on in the week after going to the er that it is fractured. It is a hair line fracture, but still. It doesn't hurt, but I have to keep it elevated and iced. I was so embrassed. But thank goodness for the guard at the gate of our apartment community. So I am sitting here ankle elevated and iced and stitching

Stitching update

Stitching wise, I have been trying to get some in, but it seems like I can't lol. My son is constantly wanting my attention, but that is okay. i have a picture that I will add of my stitching. I am still pounding away on Victory Garden. It is starting to come along. I changed fabric because my bulb for my OTT lite broke, and I couldn't see the holes. So I am redoing it on 14 count aida. It is looking good so far.

I need to get some more projects finished and started. So I think I am going to go back to UFO week and try to get them worked on and see if I can't get something finished. I would like to have at least one finish this year or the beginning of next year.

I would like to get some more fabric. But I need money for that lol. So I need to get a job. The working from home is harder than I thought. I am going to keep pounding away at it and not give up. I am going to see if I can't get a part time job somewhere for right now.

Well I am off to try to get some stitching done, and all that good stuff!

Stitching finally!

Stitching!

Finally have been able to restart Victory Garden! I didn't get to do much because I had migraine for three days. It was not a good feeling. I am finally able to function!
As I said I was able to get some stitching done on Victory Garden that I had to restart! I am hoping to pull out Fly Butterfly, my HAED and get moving on that for my daughter1 Miranda has been bugging me about it. lol

Other things!

Well the work from home isn't going well. Tupperware is slow. I am hoping to have some pretty good sales from it this month and next month, for the holidays. I am hoping so! I am trying to find a job but there isn't a whole lot out there. It is really hard, and it is stressing me out. I think that is part of the reason that I have been having migraines. I really hate it! I need money for my stash!

Weekly stitching

On my group on Facebook, I have started a weekly and stitching chat! I am hoping that this will help all the members to get to know each other. It will be so much fun!

Well I am off and going to get some stitching done and all that good stuff!

Another week has passed

This week has been kind of weird. My unemployment was cut, but that is okay. I am filing for an extension. I don't know if I will get it or not. But I can try. I also have a job interview. I didn't want to go outside of the home, but the work from home thing wasn't working out like I wanted it to. I am not giving up on that though. I am still going to do it when I am off.

Stitching has been kind of a hurdle. My 2 year old got a hold of my scissors and cut my fabric, and ruined what I was stitching. I wanted to cry, but instead I screamed. I scared him and he ran. I think he wasn't sure what was going on. So....I have restart Victory Garden all over again on another piece of fabric. I was a little upset about it, but I thought about it, and my poor eyes are getting to the point I can't see on linen anymore, so I am going to switch back to Aida at least for now, until I can get a new bulb for my OTT lite.

Time to scoot, sorry it isn't a very long post.
